Cooking Lessons

From May to October, our restaurant is closed : 

  • Monday all day.
  • Tuesday and thursday for lunch. 

From November to April included, our restaurant is closed all day on Monday and Tuesday. 


Jean-Pierre Jacob, Grand Chef Relais & Chateaux, invites you to discover his particularly refined and
exceptional cuisine. During a morning, you will discover the wings of the restaurant Le Bateau Ivre,
the chef’s team will elaborate with you three recipes (2 salted and 1 sweet) and you could savour a
lunch selected by our Chef.



  • Lessons: 75 € per person
  • Lessons and the Lunch: 150 € per person
  • One extra person for the lunch: 75 €

Valid all year long, except July and August, public and free holidays (depending on availabilities, from minimum 4 persons per lesson)



  • 08h30 - “Welcoming” coffee
  • 09h00 - Preparation of 3 recipes in the kitchen
  • 12h30 - Lunch: starter, main course, dessert (home-made aperitif, water, a glass of wine, coffee included)
