From May to October, our restaurant is closed : 

  • Monday all day.
  • Tuesday and thursday for lunch. 

From November to April included, our restaurant is closed all day on Monday and Tuesday.

Their main wish is to delight you and make you a pleasant moment in an exceptional place.

Two Michelin starred Chef since several years, Jean Pierre JACOB suggest some his specialties: Pike, creamy crayfish emulsion; Pigeon « Miéral », duck foie gras, Carcasses Jus or Lavaret, “ratte” potatoes, Coconut Jus.

The new bioclimatic pergola in our restaurant will offer the most gorgeous view on the largest natural Lake of France.
